Workflows that do the workand check it.We build AI workflow automation for small and mid-sized businesses, so staff stop chasing and re-checking, and get their day back.
What a system can carryWorkflow automation now carries whole jobs, not single tasks.
Most of the manual work in a business is the same four things, done in a row, all day. A system can now do each of them, check its own work, and bring your people only what needs them.
Research and monitor
It finds what your team would look up, and watches what they would have to remember to check.
New prospects that match your best customers, found and ranked before the day starts. Competitor prices, permit and filing deadlines, renewals and unpaid invoices watched, with a note to the right person when something moves.
Read and check
It reads what arrives, in whatever form it arrives, and checks it against your rules and your records.
Emails, PDFs, scanned forms, photos and spreadsheets become clean records. Anything that fails a check or looks doubtful is flagged with the reason.
Route and coordinate
It gets each piece of work to the right person or system, with everything they need attached.
New requests are assigned by type, value and urgency. Approvals go to the person who can give them. Nothing waits in a shared inbox.
Act and follow up
It does the next step, then keeps going until the job is closed.
Records entered. Confirmations sent. Portals filled in. Missing documents chased on schedule until they arrive.
A quote, a claim, a new client, a work order: every one of them is read, checked, routed, acted on and followed up. We automate that whole chain, in sales, in operations and in finance. You answer customers faster, fewer mistakes reach your records, money stops waiting on paperwork, and your team spends its time on the work that grows the business.
How we choose what to buildWe match every step of the job to the kind of build that fits it.
There is more than one way to automate a step. Software you already own, set up properly. Fixed rules. AI for what a rule cannot do. An agent. A team of agents that check each other. Choosing between them, step by step, is what decides the result and the return, and it is the judgment you hire us for.
Follow one job to see how the choice gets made.
Example · A new request comes in
It could be a service call, a claim, a new client or a maintenance request. The steps are the same.
1.It arrives
An email lands with a PDF and two photos attached.
An AI step
What fits · an AI step
A rule cannot read a free-form email. AI can. It pulls the names, dates, addresses and amounts into a record and marks any detail it is unsure of.
Your team sees
A complete record, with one detail to confirm.
2.It gets checked
Is everything here? Is this an existing customer? Is it inside your terms and your service area?
Fixed rules
What fits · fixed rules
These answers should never vary, so rules decide them, the same way every time. A failed check shows its reason.
Your team sees
Nothing, unless a check fails. Then the item and the reason.
3.Someone decides what happens next
The right next step depends on this customer's history, their contract and this week's schedule.
An agent
What fits · an agent
An agent is software that works toward a goal. It uses AI to decide its own next step and stays inside the limits you set. Here it looks up what it needs, works out the next step and prepares it.
Your team sees
The next step, already prepared.
4.The work gets prepared
The reply needs a price, the right documents and a second look before it goes out.
A team of agents
What fits · a team of agents
One gathers. One drafts. A separate one checks the draft against the source. You decide which steps wait for a person's yes.
Your team sees
A finished draft to approve.
5.It goes into your systems
The record belongs in your job software and your accounting.
The software you own, connected
What fits · the software you own, connected
Your software already stores this, so we connect it and nobody retypes. Where a portal offers no connection, an agent fills it in from the approved record.
Your team sees
The record, in the software they already use.
6.It gets followed up
A signature is still missing, and the renewal is ten months away.
Scheduled rules and an always-on agent
What fits · scheduled rules and an always-on agent
Reminders go out on the days you choose and stop when the signature arrives. An agent keeps watch on the renewal date and starts the next job when it comes due.
Your team sees
A note, only when something needs a person.
That is one job, built from five kinds of automation working as one system. None of them is the basic option or the advanced one. Each is there because it gives that step the best result for what it costs to build and run.

A new-case intake for personal-injury law, built in 48 hours
A scanned police report goes in. The system reads it with no retyping and rates how sure it is of every detail. It fills 18 fields in the case-management software, puts the filing deadline on the attorney's calendar, generates the retainer agreement, emails the client and logs the email to the case. Intake that takes a paralegal 30 to 60 minutes ran in about 23 seconds, on every report we tested.

A prospecting pipeline for a manufacturer's sales team, delivered in 25 days
Every night it searched for companies that fit the team's ideal customer, scored each one and removed competitors and poor fits. Every morning the sales lead got the best 20 to 30 as cards on a phone. One tap approved a company and pulled its contacts into the team's records. The morning review took five to ten minutes, and any failure in the pipeline was flagged within the minute.

The monitoring system we run our own business on
It reads 35 sources every hour, scores each item on four measures and discards the noise before anyone sees it. Of more than 34,000 items, it rejected two-thirds and surfaced more than 2,200 worth acting on. Point the same system at competitor moves, rule changes or customer feedback and it does the same job. Our own prospecting systems have researched and scored more than 3,000 companies in two markets the same way.
Near-100% adoptionThe record behind the builds
Before HAIBRID, the tools our founder's organization built inside a Fortune 250 enterprise were used by almost everyone they were built for, because each one was designed around the work people were already doing. Every system on this page was built the same way.
How we work, on a workflowWe measure the whole job, then prove the build on your real work.
Every job your team handles leaves a trail: when the request arrived, when it was checked, when it moved on, when it closed. We read that trail in your inbox, your job software and your accounting, and see where the time goes. Most jobs lose their days in the waits between people and in work that comes back to be fixed, not in the work itself.
Those become the measures we agree with you before anything is built: time from request to done, work redone, what each job costs to handle. In the Proof Sprint the first build runs on real incoming work beside the way you handle it now, so you compare the same jobs both ways. Every build also leaves cleaner records behind, which makes the next job easier to hand to a system.
We already use an AI assistant. What does this add?
An assistant helps one person at a time, when they ask. A workflow runs the whole job for the business: on schedule, in your systems, with checks, whether or not anyone remembers to ask.
We want an AI agent. Can you build one?
Yes. That includes the always-on agents everyone is talking about: we set up and customise a packaged one from an AI lab, or build one around your own systems. Either way it comes with a result to aim for and a way to measure it.
Does it work with the software we already use?
Yes. We connect to your software through its own data connection where it has one, and through its screens where it does not. We start from what you run today. When a different tool or a custom build would serve you better, we show you why and you decide.
How does it check its own work?
Three ways. Fixed rules catch anything that breaks your terms. AI rates how sure it is of each detail and sends the doubtful ones to a person. On bigger pieces of work, a separate agent reviews the result against the source. You choose which steps wait for a person's approval.
Do my people have to learn a new system?
No. We study how the job runs across your people, your process and your tools before we design anything, and build around it. Finished work shows up in the tools they use now, and the few things that need a person arrive with the reason attached. When a change is worth making, we train your team on it.
How soon will we see something working?
In the Proof Sprint. It ends with a first build running on your own data. We built a working legal intake in 48 hours and delivered a sales team's prospecting pipeline in 25 days.
What happens after it goes live?
We watch it for 60 days after hand-over. You own everything we build, including the code, and you hold the written record of how it runs.
